The Role

We're hiring a full-time CDL-B Septic Service Technician to run pump-outs, service calls, and field operations across Berks County. You'll be the face of Bailey's at every job site — which means showing up professionally, communicating clearly with customers, and completing work to a high standard.

This isn't just a truck-driving job. We're building a team that takes ownership of their work, follows our systems, and represents 90 years of reputation every time they pull up to a job.

What You'll Do

  • Perform residential and commercial septic tank pump-outs

  • Complete service documentation accurately using our field forms and dispatch system

  • Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after each job

  • Perform routine equipment inspection and report maintenance needs

  • Follow all PA DEP regulations and company safety standards

  • Assist with grease trap cleaning and other service lines as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Valid CDL-B license (required)

  • Experience operating vacuum trucks or septic equipment preferred

  • Clean driving record

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail — you take pride in the work

  • Comfort working independently and managing a daily job schedule

  • Professional customer-facing communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and follow company systems and standards

  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
