Since 1935, Bailey's has been more than a septic and portable toilet company. We've been a family business built around showing up, doing the job right, and earning the trust of the people we serve.

Founded by Morris Bailey in 1935, Bailey's Septic Service & Portable Toilet Rentals began as a small local operation in Berks County, Pennsylvania. Nearly a century later, that same commitment to hard work and dependable service continues through the fifth generation of the Bailey family.

The Bailey name has been passed down from one generation to the next, along with something more important than the business itself: a standard.

Morris Bailey laid the foundation.
John Bailey carried it forward.
Les Bailey continued to build it.
Todd Bailey took the reins and grew the company into the operation it is today.

And now, Zachary Bailey represents the fifth generation, bringing new energy, ideas, and ambition to the family business.

Each generation has faced a different world, but the principles haven't changed:
